Holly Willoughby was left screaming on Tuesday's episode of Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof as she took part in an intense blizzard challenge. During the show, Holly, 41, and co-host Lee Mack told the celebrities that they would be taking part in a "bone-chilling" snowstorm challenge to test their tolerance to the cold.The stars had to go in one-on-one battles as they walked down an icy log carrying a giant flag while cannons created a blizzard impact with snow, if they fell off, they had to start again.

Holly and Lee revealed that they would be demonstrating the challenge as they got into their positions at the start line.The This Morning host was left screaming as she attempted to walk down the icy log, and it looked as though she may fall, but Holly managed to regain her balance as she completed the challenge, finishing in first place. Speaking afterwards, Holly shouted: "Brain freeze! I can't get my breath!", she added to the celebrities: "You're going to hate it!" The hit BBC One show sees a group of brave celebrities take on a series of epic mental and physical challenges set by “The Iceman” himself - Dutch extreme athlete and cold-water therapy advocate, Wim Hof.The line-up includes presenter Gabby Logan, EastEnders actress Tamzin Outhwaite, who is Holly’s husband Dan Baldwin’s cousin, as well as rapper Professor Green, and musical theatre star and singer Alfie Boe.
