But while it might look to the outside world that she's happier than ever, she exclusively revealed to us that isn't necessarily the case. Whether it’s someone’s birthday, a party or a day out, looking forward to something is what human beings need." The mum-of-two then discussed how this horrible period of her life has actually made her realise how 'lucky' she is to be surrounded by close family and wonderful friends. "This period of my life has also shown me how lucky I am because it turns out I’ve got a lot more friends than I ever realised," she continued. "People have been fantastically supportive and kind; from those I’ve known for years to even members of the public, everyone has just been incredible."
