Detectives investigating the death of father-to-be Charlie Elms in Oldham have made two arrests, police confirmed tonight.
Mr Elms, 25, suffered stab wounds after police were called to reports of a disturbance.
He was sadly pronounced dead at the scene on Fifth Avenue, Oldham, last Wednesday, May 26, Greater Manchester Police said.
His pregnant girlfriend, in a tribute released by the force, said he was 'thrilled' to become a dad
