A man has been charged after a man was found injured in Blackley.
Robert Bryan, 54, has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent.
The particulars of the charge alleged that Bryan "unlawfully and maliciously caused grievous bodily harm" to a named victim "with intent to do him grievous bodily harm."
Bryan, of Rochdale Road, Blackley, was due to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court
