A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving in the case of an 11-year-old who lost her life last summer.
Ruby Cropper died following an incident on Radcliffe New Road, Bury, on August 10.
Andrew Cairns, 35, of Sutcliffe Street, Littleborough, Rochdale, has now been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
He will appear at Manchester Magistrates Court' on June 24.
