The three-star Michelin chef Simon Rogan will partner with the AO Arena on it's new restaurant and bar. The award-winning chef who is best known for his Lake District restaurant L'Enclume will oversee the food and drink at the exclusive, members-only mezzanine level at the music arena.
Called The Mezz, the VIP area is part of the multi-million pound expansion and upgrade of the AO Arena, which is currently Europe's largest indoor arena. The premium suite boasts its own VIP entrance, a bar and restaurant and "unrivalled views" of the stage.
Set to open in March 2024, the premium suite will stay open after the show with a DJ to keep the party going. Rogan will be joined by Tom Barnes, his former executive chef at L'Enclume, who will also be opening his own standalone restaurant, Skof, in the coming months.

As part of an ongoing partnership with the venue, both Rogan and Barnes will make regular appearances at the restaurant. Here, specially curated seasonal dishes using produce from the Simon Rogan's farm, 'Our Farm', which is under two hours from Manchester in the Cartmel, will be used.
