Wetherspoons will open its first ever pub at a holiday park after signing a deal with Haven. The first on-site venue operated by the pub chain is set to open its doors at Haven Primrose Valley Holiday Park in North Yorkshire in March.
Haven is the first holiday park operator to sign a deal with JD Wetherspoon with Haven investing £1.1 million into the venue. It comes after the firm invested £4 million to expand its food and drinks offerings this year, with brands including Slim Chickens, Papa Johns and Burger King already available on site.
JD Wetherspoon, the seventh food and drink brand to partner with Haven, runs more than 800 pubs across the UK and Ireland. Haven is the first UK holiday park operator to sign a commercial deal with the pub chain.

Primrose Valley’s Wetherspoon will have seating for more than 250 guests and diners can expect “all the hallmarks of a beloved Wetherspoon venue”. As with all its sites there will be a “variety of menu options” including pub classics.

This new venture underlines our dedication to growing our food and beverage partnerships and offering for our holidaymakers and holiday home owners.”
