It's been a tough year for This Morning, with the show seeing more presenter switch ups in the last six months than it has over its three decade plus run. Just yesterday, national treasure Holly Willoughby shocked the nation by stepping down from her role after 14 years as she said goodbye to the iconic sofa for good. The 42 year took to Instagram to announce her departure, sharing that she made the decision for "me and my family." But of course, long before Holly arrived on the scene, This Morning was home to a string of iconic presenters, some who served long stints and others who swiftly moved on to pastures new.
Holly Willoughby made her This Morning debut in 2009 alongside co-host Phillip Schofield, when she took over Fern Britton's role. The 42 year old TV presenter appeared nervous as she fronted This Morning for the very first time at 28 years old in a resurfaced clip. Holly can be seen holding onto Phillip's arm as they open the show together, which Holly previously revealed was "one of the scariest things" she'd had to do during her TV career.

He doesn’t really do one for them or one for him since all his films are artful and uncompromising, but he does have this kind of track going where he does dramas with American stars—most of them non-traditional biopics (“Jackie,” with Natalie Portman, “Spencer,” with Kristen Stewart) and then goes off and makes less commercial work that is more personal and without major stars (“No,” “El Conde,” but even the former starred Gael Garcia Bernal).
