The Saturdays singer Frankie Bridge has opened up about her depression, saying she felt "shame" over feeling unhappy.
The star has been open about mental health struggles in the past, and in a new interview on This Morning spoke about going to hospital after returning from shooting a music video in Iceland.
Speaking on today's (February 6) episode, airing on Time to Talk Day, Frankie revealed that she didn't tell her parents she was in hospital for three days.
