Singer Frankie Bridge has opened up about her mental health battles which saw her hospitalised at 23.
In 2011, Frankie was admitted to London's Nightingale hospital after feeling "completely out of control".
The Saturday's star said she wasn't capable of looking after herself and "had no idea what was going on" as she was in the grips of depression.
Now 31, Frankie has bravely opened up about her own experiences in her mental health book Open: Why Asking For Help Can Save Your Life.
