“We had to stay in a hotel and book a flight with Jet2 today, which was also cancelled. I then booked a flight with TUI to go to Zante after being told at the service desk we could get a ferry to Athens - it turns out there is no ferry. That flight cost me £300.”
Anna told the M.E.N: “We are attempting to get another flight, the stress is complicated for me now. There’s been no communication whatsoever and the customer service is terrible. I can’t imagine how people feel who don’t have the means to book another flight.”
