‘The Diplomat’ Reigns Supreme On Netflix Top 10 TV List, ‘The Night Agent’ Falls To No. 4

The Night Agent conceded its No. 1 spot on Nielsen’s streaming charts to Ali Wong and Steven Yeun for the week of April 10 to April 16.

SoundCloud has launched a new product called “Fans” that provides artists with access to deep user data and makes it easy for them to connect with their most loyal listeners. Now available on SoundCloud for Artists, the tool allows artists to view the platform’s data and sort their most engaged listeners based on factors like comments, listening behavior, sharing habits and location — and even directly message individual fans and share previews of upcoming music, info, sell tickets and merch and more. (There’s also an opt-out for those who don’t want Beyonce cluttering up their DMs.) The program had been in beta for around six weeks but is now ramping up to 60,000 artists who are members of its premium Next Pro tier. The company considered it the next logical step in their fan-powered royalties system, under which the company pays out each listener’s subscriber revenue entirely to the rights-holders or the artists they’ve actually listened to, rather than the all-in model used by most streaming services.

According to Nielsen, over half of that recorded figure was generated by the most recent episode. Meanwhile, “The Night Agent” set a new record as it continues to lead the rankings for the second week. This week’s number was up 17% from last week to 3.1 billion viewing minutes — pushing the series to No. 24 on Nielsen’s list of most-watched streaming titles in a measurement week since 2020. It’s worth noting that there have only been 26 titles since 2020 to garner over 3 billion viewing minutes in a measurement week.

The fourth season of the popular pro wrestling docuseries, which will consist of 10 episodes, will debut on May 30 at 10 p.m. ET. “Dark Side of the Ring” is narrated by wrestling legend Chris Jericho. The official description of the fourth season states that it will “explore stories like the emotional rollercoaster of one of wrestling’s most captivating and controversial couples, Chris Candido and Tammy “Sunny” Sytch, the car accident that derailed the career of future World Champion Magnum T.A., wrestling’s most unhinged monster, Abdullah the Butcher, a focused look on the troubled life of Marty Jannetty, Shawn Michaels’ former tag team partner, and much more.”

After four weeks at the top, The Night Agent was knocked down a peg on Netflix’s Top 10 English-language TV list. The series came in second for the week of April 17 to April 23, overtaken by The Diplomat.

Fans of Britain's Got Talent were left unimpressed as they accused the show of a 'fix' after a heartwarming mother-daughter audition. On Saturday night's episode of the show, Claire Connelly made the ultimate sacrifice for her daughter, as she told the judges that she in fact was giving up her audition so her 15 year old daughter Tia could take her place instead. Claire said to BGT judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli: "She [her daughter] thinks it’s me who’s auditioning.
