Aviation murals by a renowned Ayrshire artist are set to go on display as part of the upcoming air show.
Rozelle House Museum are gearing up to host an exhibition showcasing the works of Tom Gilfillan.
'A History of Flight, the Tom Gilillan Murals of Prestwick Airport' will be on show in the Patron’s Gallery at Rozelle between August 19 and October 15.
The display will help celebrate the International Ayr Show - Festival of Flight taking place between September 8 and 10.
Tom Gilfillan was a student at the Glasgow School of Art on and off from 1915 to 1931. He went on to become a designer for Scottish Aviation, during which time he painted the Prestwick Airport murals.
Living in both Troon and Ayr, Tom painted landscapes of the west coast of Scotland, but is best known for his tourism posters promoting travel in the west of Scotland, and the Highlands and Islands.
The exhibition will be open Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm, and Sundays 12noon to 5pm. Admission is free.
The International Ayr Show – Festival of Flight takes place on Ayr Shorefront between Friday 8 to Sunday, September 10. For more information see www.ayrshow.co.uk
