Vito Coppola, the Strictly Come Dancing star, has shared an emotional tribute to his loved ones as he spends more time away from his family in Italy.
The dancer has had a whirlwind year since winning the show last year and things haven't slowed down for him. Despite spending Christmas at home in Italy, Vito has been constantly on the move since the start of the year. He was reunited with his celeb dance partner Ellie Leach shortly after returning to the UK, and the reigning champs toured the country in the Strictly Come Dancing Live 2024 tour alongside several other couples from the 2023 series.
But Vito hasn't been too busy for friends as he still made the time to visit friend Fleur East who introduced her baby daughter to him just weeks after giving birth.
The X Factor star became a mum for the first time when she and husband Marcel Badiane-Robin welcomed baby Nova into the world on Friday, 22 March. After a short break, Vito was back in rehearsals with several of his Strictly co-stars - including Gorka Marquez, Karen Hauer, Carlos Gu and Neil Jones, who welcomed daughter Havana in October with Love Island star Chyna Mills - before they embarked on the Strictly Come Dancing The Professionals show. But after the tour ended earlier this month (June), Vito took a moment to reflect on missing his family.
In an Instagram post, the BBC star shared a video of himself travelling in the back of a car with the sun shining through the clear sunroof. "Going home after another incredible tour," he captioned the heartfelt clip. "Today is a sunny day and this brings a smile on my face.
