Strictly Come Dancing's Hamza Yassin has revealed the toll training for the ballroom has taken on his body.
The 32-year-old wildlife cameraman revealed he'd shed more than a stone since signing up for the dance competition. He appeared on Good Morning Britain alongside professional dance partner Jowita Przystał to discuss this week's Strictly news.
The pair revealed that, in celebration of the BBC's one hundredth birthday, they would be dancing the quick-step to On Top of the World by Imagine Dragons this weekend. Each couple have their own theme for the occasion, and Hamza and Jowita's is natural history.

Hamza commented: "Hopefully it kind of marries... my love of natural history and Jowita's love of dance." He did clarify, however, that he would not be dressing up as an animal for the routine.
Hamza, a presenter on BBC’s Animal Park and a guest presenter on BBC’s Countryfile, has battled it out on the dancefloor for the first five weeks of Strictly. Host Richard Madeley asked: "Is it an optical illusion or is there a lot less of you than there was when you started?"
He added: "I'm going to ask - you've lost weight, haven't you?" Hamza replied: "I have yes, I have. I lost eight and a half kilos." He added: "All thanks to her," while gesturing to Jowita. "Nine hours a day, we're trying to train. And it's hard on the body, the knees, the legs are hurting," he admitted.
