Sofia Coppola’s ‘Priscilla’ Sells Worldwide Ahead of North American Premiere at NYFF

While promoting her new film Priscilla, director Sofia Coppola is opening up about the movies she passed on in the past which includes the final Twilight film and a live-action version of The Little Mermaid.

“The Tonight Show” to promote his brand new film “Priscilla,” Elordi, 26, was asked by host Jimmy Fallon if he had been a fan of the King of Rock and Roll growing up. “The most I knew of Elvis was in ‘Lilo & Stitch’ … Which is a lot,” the “Euphoria” hunk laughed. Presley and his music make several appearances in the animated movie.

With her new film “Priscilla,” it’s been five features for Sofia Coppola since 2006’s “Marie Antoinette.” And those movies almost never happened, as after that film’s grueling shoot, Coppola nearly stepped away from filmmaking altogether.
