A second teenager has been charged following an alleged stabbing in the car park of an Aldi store in Tameside.
Police responded to the incident on Dean Street in Ashton-under-Lyne on Saturday, February 10. An 18-year-old male was taken to hospital after the reported stabbing.
In an update issued today (February 15), police said Disney Cheben, of Ludgate Road, Manchester, has now been charged in connection with the incident. The 18-year-old has been charged on suspicion of violent disorder and possession of a bladed article.

He remanded into custody to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court today. Wilson Defreitus, of Curzon Road, Ashton-Under-Lyne, was previously charged on suspicion of violent disorder and possession of a bladed article.
The 19-year-old has been remanded into custody. In a statement issued today, a GMP spokesperson said: "On Wednesday 14 February 2024, an 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and possession of a bladed article following an incident on Dean Street in Ashton-Under-Lyne on Wednesday 7 February 2024.
"Disney Cheben (05/10/2005) of Ludyard Road in Manchester was charged and remanded into custody. He appeared at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Thursday 15 February 2024."
