A Scots pub has defended their decision to have CCTV in their toilets after a punter spotted a camera above one of the cubicles.
Noah Wilson was using a loo at Johnny Foxes on Bank Street, Inverness, when he noticed the camera above him in the cubicle.
The customer had shared footage of the toilet area online, claiming it was an invasion of his privacy and the presence of the camera left him very uncomfortable.
But bosses at the Inverness watering hole said the cameras do not film inside the cubicles and had been installed to curb anti-social behaviour.
Sharing a video of the camera, Noah wrote online: "Just a matter of privacy. I went into the toilet in Johnny Foxes (Inverness) to do my own business and as I was sitting on the toilet there was a camera pointed in my direction directly over the door of the cubicle.
"I have never felt so uncomfortable in my own private time and I feel like it is an invasion of privacy."
Locals were quick to share Noah's video and vocalised their concern over the camera placement.

In a response to customer concerns, Johnny Foxes manger Don Lawson claimed the cameras had been put in place to tackle recent anti-social behaviour the venue has experienced.
He also assured customers the CCTV devices to not record inside the cubicles.
He said: "We would like to ensure everyone that our CCTV, which covers our shared toilet area, is in place to combat antisocial behaviour and protect customers in our busy venue. Nothing more.
"Our customers and teams safety is paramount and with 25 CCTV units installed throughout our venue they are an invaluable
