A deep chill has beset Scotland and the Met Office says the country is set to face more days of icy temperatures and sunshine.

Temperatures won't break double digits on Monday with 3C forecast in Glasgow and 4C in Aberdeen. After a bitterly cold morning, Scots in some regions will be hit by a chilly blast.
Marco explained: "Add on the effect of quite a brisk east or northeasterly breeze especially across the south and east of the UK, it'll feel more like a -1 to -2 degrees. So you certainly need to wrap up warm if you're heading out and about."
The Met Office forecast says parts of Scotland will experience freezing fog patches on Monday night. Icy sub-zero temperatures will kick off on Tuesday with even more sunshine.
"After a foggy frosty start in places on Tuesday, it does promise to be a much brighter day across the UK," Marco continued. "Lots of sunshine developing almost across all the UK. In fact, just the odd patch of cloud around turning the sunshine hazy in place.
"But it will stay quite breezy especially towards the south and east of the UK. Here it will be quite cold once again in that breeze
