Neighbours returning to our screens later this year, former star Natalie Imbruglia has said she would be open to hitting Ramsay Street again in new episodes. The soap was controversially axed last year before being saved at the last minute by Amazon Prime Video's Freevee, with new episodes being filmed and slated for release in the latter half of 2023. A number of former stars will be reprising their roles, including Stefan Dennis, Alan Fletcher, Jackie Woodburne, and Ryan Moloney.

Comcast has unveiled Now TV, a new streaming offering for $20 per month that will combine a live TV streaming service, free ad-supported streaming TV channels and a subscription video on-demand service. Thania Garcia The Foo Fighters are gearing up for a bustling touring season — their first without drummer Taylor Hawkins, who died tragically in Colombia last year — that kicks off with a date in New Hampshire in the coming week. Taking on the challenge of filling Hawkins’ role, as Variety tipped back in January, will be Josh Freese. Although the name might not seem entirely familiar at first glance, it’s more than likely you’ve either heard and even own a record that has him listed in the credits. Freese joins the group after having played alongside a star-studded lineup for the Hawkins tribute concerts that the Foos put together in London and Los Angeles last fall. He’s also a longtime friend of both Grohl and Hawkins and is a seasoned session act who has performed and toured with rock bands Guns N’ Roses, A Perfect Circle, Puddle of Mudd, Nine Inch Nails, Weezer, Paramore, the Replacements, Sting and the Vandals, to name a few. Freese was most recently drumming for Danny Elfman and the Offspring, with whom he was touring up until last year.

And while fans await the band’s return to stages, the speculation surrounding prospective drummers is whittling down to very few viable options.

Naman Ramachandran Amazon Freevee has released the first images of Mischa Barton in the revival of long-running Australian soap “Neighbours,” production on which started April 17 in Melbourne. The images also feature cast members Jackie Woodburne and Alan Fletcher. The new series will premiere exclusively for free on Amazon Freevee in the U.K. and U.S. this fall and will include streaming rights to thousands of episodes from the previous seasons, which will be available prior to the new series’ premiere. The series will also stream on SVOD counterpart Prime Video in Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Australia’s Network 10, the home of “Neighbours” for 36 years, will retain first-run rights in the country.
