Prince George Said He "Hasn't Tackled" Kate Middleton Yet While Practicing His Rugby

Kate Middleton and Prince William enjoyed their first full day of their Caribbean tour with a visit to a cacao farm in Belize on Sunday.  Their visit replaced another planned outing to a different cacao farm, which was canceled on Friday after villagers protested the royal’s arrival.  According to local reports, a protest was staged on Friday opposing the royal visit to Akte ’il Ha cacao farm in Indian Creek village in the foothills of the Maya Mountains. Belize news outlet Channel 7 reported that there was a dispute between village residents and Flora and Fauna International, a conservation charity William supports as patron.

When Prince George was born, Kate Middleton and Prince William selected a very special godmother for him. Julia Samuel is a close family friend with a very special connection to the young Prince's late grandmother, Princess Diana.The 62 year old befriended Princess Diana in 1987 and the pair shared a close bond until her untimely death in 1997. Though Queen Elizabeth, 95, recently battled COVID-19, Buckingham Palace announced on Friday (Mar. 11) that she would not attend the service due to mobility issues, per The Mirror.

Kate Middleton and Prince William continue to show their support for Ukraine as they took a trip to the Ukrainian Cultural Centre in London Wednesday.  The royal couple made the surprise visit to hear about efforts to support Ukrainians in the U.K. and across Europe.

Prince William and Kate Middleton spent some time learning about the work being done at the Ukrainian Cultural Centre in London, where volunteers are mounting a humanitarian effort to help those affected near and far.The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made the visit Wednesday and were greeted by Ukraine's ambassador to the U.K., Vadym Prystaiko and his wife, Inna. The ambassador and his wife gave William and Kate a tour of the facility, where the royals met with members of the Ukrainian community in London and volunteers.Kate and William were photographed wearing lapel pins in Ukraine's flag colors, and they listened intently as volunteers walked them through their efforts and the challenges they face trying to get the material to those who need it most.
