On the climax of Kate Middleton and Prince William‘s visit to Jamaica as part of Queen Elizabeth II’s platinum jubilee, the British royals dipped into the past. Kate Middleton dazzled in a green dress and she and Prince William attended another evening reception on their Caribbean tour.The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were attending a state dinner at the home of Jamaica’s Governor General in Kingston. Kate, 40, wore a stunning emerald green off the shoulder gown by Jenny Packham for the event as well as royal jewels borrowed from the Queen – including emerald and diamond earrings, a simple bracelet and her Royal Family Order and GVCO star. The Duchess wore her hair in a stylish updo and kept her make-up simple, as part of a look that was very different to the trouser suit she wore to meet Jamaica’s prime minister elsewhere on the couple’s trip.

Prince William and Kate Middleton usually receive a warm welcome wherever they go but this hasn’t always been the case on their Caribbean tour.

William, who honored Belize’s royal color by wearing a blue button down and blue pants, danced away with a local woman.

Kate Middleton and Prince William enjoyed their first full day of their Caribbean tour with a visit to a cacao farm in Belize on Sunday.  Their visit replaced another planned outing to a different cacao farm, which was canceled on Friday after villagers protested the royal’s arrival.  According to local reports, a protest was staged on Friday opposing the royal visit to Akte ’il Ha cacao farm in Indian Creek village in the foothills of the Maya Mountains. Belize news outlet Channel 7 reported that there was a dispute between village residents and Flora and Fauna International, a conservation charity William supports as patron.

The Duchess of Cambridge, 40, joined her husband Prince William, 39, to visit the 1st Battalion Irish Guards on Thursday to mark the occasion. Kate, who recently showed her support for Ukraine, was seen looking gorgeous in a dark, forest green Laura Green London dress, worth £3,200, with a matching hat and an emerald shamrock brooch as she leaned down to receive a bouquet of flowers from a little girl dressed in red and navy.The young girl looked adorable with her hair in pigtails as she gave Kate the flowers before turning around to face another woman.

Kate Middleton took the time to honor Ukraine in her attire at the Commonwealth Day Service at Westminster Abbey in London. Kate was joined by her husband, Prince William, father-in-law, Prince Charles, and his wife, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, at the service. Queen Elizabeth II was not in attendance. The 40-year-old Duchess of Cambridge dazzled in a stunning royal blue Catherine Walker coat and matching Sean Barratt hat for the occasion.

Though Queen Elizabeth, 95, recently battled COVID-19, Buckingham Palace announced on Friday (Mar. 11) that she would not attend the service due to mobility issues, per The Mirror.

Kate Middleton and Prince William continue to show their support for Ukraine as they took a trip to the Ukrainian Cultural Centre in London Wednesday.  The royal couple made the surprise visit to hear about efforts to support Ukrainians in the U.K. and across Europe.
