The 40-year-old Duchess of Cambridge continued to impress with her fashion while on a royal tour of the Caribbean with her husband, Prince William, on Wednesday. At a dinner hosted by the Governor General of Jamaica Patrick Allen in King's House, Kate wore a sparkling, off-the-shoulder kelly green Jenny Packham gown and emerald jewelry loaned to her from Queen Elizabeth II herself. Pinned to her dress were the Royal Family Order and the GCVO Star. William went for a traditional look in a black tuxedo. Amid ongoing protests surrounding the royals' visit and outspoken coalitions seeking to make Jamaica a republic and to remove the queen as the head of state, William gave a speech at the dinner, condemning Britain's role in slavery in Jamaica. «I strongly agree with my father, The Prince of Wales, who said in Barbados last year that the appalling atrocity of slavery forever stains our history,» William said of his father, Prince Charles.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's Caribbean tour is well underway, with the couple having landed in Jamaica, their second stop, on 22 March. Kate, 40, and Prince William, 39, spent three nights in Belize before heading off to Jamaica, and are set to finish their tour with a trip to the Bahamas. The royal couple arrived at Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston, and stepped off the plane to an official welcome.To transport them during their Caribbean tour, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are using the RAF Voyager, an Airbus A330.

The 40 year old commended the region’s mentors for taking on “the crucial role of shaping society” as she visited the Shortwood Teacher Training College on Wednesday 23 March with Prince William located in the country’s capital of Kingston.

While at Marley’s home – which has been converted into a museum in honor of the musician and political activist – Kate, 40, and William played the drums along with some local musicians. As Bob Marley once sang, “Who Feels it, knows it,” and judging by the smiles on Kate and William’s faces, they were feeling the joy of the music.

The couple were showed around and even tried their hand at playing drums with some reggae musicians in the same courtyard where Marley learned to play. For the couple's arrival in Kingston, Kate wowed in a bright yellow Roksanda dress with a cream-colored clutch purse, pulling her hair back into a ponytail.

The Duchess, 40, and her husband, 39, were grinning from ear to ear as they enjoyed a day out at the Maya cacao farm in the coastal town of Hopkins.The royal couple were treated to a delightful welcome dance and at one point Kate was gifted a pair of wooden maracas. And it was the Duchess' dress that stole the show, with the mum-of-three opting for a long blue pattered number with florals on by designer Tory Burch, which retails for £227, which she partnered with statement blue earrings and wedge sandals.

Kate Middleton and Prince William enjoyed their first full day of their Caribbean tour with a visit to a cacao farm in Belize on Sunday.  Their visit replaced another planned outing to a different cacao farm, which was canceled on Friday after villagers protested the royal’s arrival.  According to local reports, a protest was staged on Friday opposing the royal visit to Akte ’il Ha cacao farm in Indian Creek village in the foothills of the Maya Mountains. Belize news outlet Channel 7 reported that there was a dispute between village residents and Flora and Fauna International, a conservation charity William supports as patron.
