Guardiola makes honest admission on new signing
Pep Guardiola admits he didn't think new signing Jeremy Doku would play as well as he did at West Ham. Manchester City paid Rennes £55.5million to buy the 21-year-old winger this summer, but assistant Juanma Lillo cautioned against putting too much responsibility on his shoulders too early and he could only show glimpses of his potential on debut against Fulham on debut.
However, on his second outing for the club, he terrorised West Ham man Vladimir Coufal and got the important equaliser in a 3-1 win for the Blues to show he can influence games.
