The official Outlander page shared a brand new behind-the-scenes snap of our favourite 17th century men, and some fans even said it made their hearts "skip a beat". As the brand new season is set to kick off at the beginning of March (Sunday 6, to be exact) show bosses have been drip-feeding us lots of original content which is getting us even more excited to see what's going to happen on Fraser's Ridge.
And the latest post is none other than a snap of three of our favourites Jamie Fraser ( Sam Heughan ), Roger Mac (Richard Rankin) and Young Ian (John Hunter-Bell) looking very serious as they sit round a table with some beers and a pack of cards. Alongside the snap, they wrote: "Deal us in. #Outlander." And fans went crazy for it.
One wrote: "Look at those handsome gents of Fraser’s Ridge!!" Another added: "Oh my heart just skipped a beat." While one wrote: "I ken they’re up to something… But whatever it is, I’m sure there’s absolutely no other types of DRAMa being stirred up on the ridge… peaceful season right?"
Earlier this week, show bosses also revealed each of the eight-episode titles for the coming season.
Fans have already started to speculate on what each of the titles could mean for the story of the Fraser Ridge crew.
We already know the threat of the Browns still looms large, while the arrival of the Christies and the impending Revolutionary War are also set to shake things up.
With names like Hour of the Wolf, Sticks and Stones and even more dramatically, The World Turned Upside Down it seems this shorter season will be action packed.
