A care home near Manchester, which kickstarted the growth of a successful family-owned business, is gearing up to celebrate its 35th anniversary.
Located in Chorlton, Yorklea prides itself on delivering top-quality care and collaborates closely with residents, relatives, and friends to ensure residents maintain their quality of life.
It was opened back in 1990 by a small partnership which has since evolved into Olea Care Group - a strong organisation with three generations of the Claffey family actively involved.
And that's not all. Most of the Yorklea care team has been there for many years, with some members having been present since the beginning.

Louise Claffey, head of marketing and communications at Olea Care Group, says that Yorklea has been a part of the family for her whole life.
She smiled: "Me and my sisters grew up in and around care homes and had many friends who were residents.
"Yorklea was our first service and laid the foundation for our success as a care group by providing the building blocks for the excellent care we deliver.
"Having a dedicated, passionate, and skilled workforce has allowed Yorklea to provide an excellent level of care, giving us a strong structure on which we have built our other exceptional, new-generation care homes.
"To us, Olea Care Group is more than just a business - it is our family and our home."
Over the past 10 years, Olea Care Group has undergone significant changes with the development of new-generation care homes.
Fernlea, the group's flagship service, opened in 2014 and has since added a salon, cinema, fitness centre,
