Previously teasing what Corrie viewers can expect, the soap's producer Iain MacLeod told the Manchester Evening News: "It's so choc-full of twists. The whole week as a whole, you just don't know which way to turn... It's also really funny. It helps having the Platt family in the middle of a lot of it because their interplay is hilarious at the best of times but it's just a really brilliant, blackly-comedic week in parts but I think it's full of surprises."
