Meghan Markle is slamming reports she had any involvement in leaking a letter she previously sent to King Charles III, in which she expressed concern over alleged racial remarks made at the expense of her son, Prince Archie. On Friday, The Telegraph reported that in 2021 Markle received a letter from the then Prince Charles after she gave a bombshell interview to Oprah Winfrey, where she alleged someone within the inner family had made remarks regarding the skin color of her then-unborn son.The Duchess responded with her own note, addressing the "unconscious bias" within the family.

Meghan Markle has denied reports about the reason behind not attending the King’s Coronation in the coming weeks. Reports suggested the Duchess of Sussex would not be attending because of a letter she sent expressing concern over unconscious bias in the royal family.

The letters between Charles and Markle "acknowledged that the individual’s remark was not made with malice." The Prince of Wales at the time reportedly wrote back to Markle about feeling "let down" by his own son Harry and daughter-in-law.  Charles expressed "deep concern" and disappointment with the couple for the damaging allegations.

While Prince Harry and the rest of the world watch the pomp and circumstance of King Charles III at his coronation at Westminster Abbey, Meghan Markle will be at home with their two young children giving Prince Archie a "low-key" birthday party on May 6, according to a report.  "It's going to be a low-key party at home," a source told People magazine this week.  Harry and Meghan settled in Montecito, California, after they stepped down as senior royals in 2020.  The source continued, "They'll have friends around them and Meghan's mom, Doria [Ragland]. Meghan will definitely have support that weekend." Princess Lilibet will also attend her older brother’s birthday, the source confirmed.  "They are so sweet together," they added.

The British royal family is said to be taking a collective sigh of relief over Meghan Markle being a no-show for King Charles’ big day. On April 12, Buckingham Palace confirmed that Prince Harry will attend his father’s coronation, ending months of speculation about whether the Duke of Sussex would be welcome after writing his explosive memoir "Spare." His wife will remain at the couple’s California home with their two young children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. "I think there is a quiet relief that Meghan isn’t coming because it avoids so many situations," True Royalty TV co-founder Nick Bullen told Fox News Digital.

But Samantha's lawyer is saying not so fast, telling ET the legal fight is not over.According to court documents, obtained by ET, United States District Judge Charlene Honeywell in the Middle District of Florida ruled in favor of Meghan after she dismissed with prejudice the majority of claims in the lawsuit, specifically pertained to the 2020 book, .Samantha had previously claimed in her lawsuit, filed in February, that Meghan «published and disseminated false and malicious statements» in that book, but the judge shot down the claims, saying «it is undisputed that [Meghan] did not publish» the book. The judge also dismissed the rest of Samantha's claims without prejudice, meaning she can re-file her lawsuit if she so chooses, and her lawyer,  Jamie A.
