Buckingham Palace released official word on Wednesday that Prince Harry has decided to attend King Charles III’s coronation next month — notably WITHOUT his wife by his side! According to a Page Six source, the Suits alum will hang back in the States with her kids because things remain very “awkward” between the Sussexes and the rest of the family.
While the UK is busy celebrating the new monarch, the Duchess’ focus will be on celebrating her son Prince Archie’s fourth birthday, which is on the same day as the crowning, May 6. The insider said:
Hmm. Maybe THIS is why Charles picked Archie’s birthday as the coronation’s date? He was hoping Meghan would prioritize the little one all along! Hmm…

It already sounds like there are mixed reactions to this big announcement. A highly placed source told the outlet “it is a shame” Archie and Princess Lilibet won’t be in attendance on “such a historic occasion.” That said, we bet Prince William is happy. He may not want his brother there, but at least he only has to put up with one Sussex.
