Meghan Markle is addressing the latest royal drama – an allegely leaked letter she wrote to King Charles to address the racist conversation about her son Archie‘s skin color – head on.
If you missed it, the contents of a letter that was supposedly written by the Duchess of Sussex to the King were unveiled earlier this week.
The letter expressed “concerns” about “unconscious bias” and was reportedly written after another royal spoke out about the color of her son’s skin. Meghan and Prince Harry have previously spoken out about the alleged conversation.
Amid accusations that she leaked the letter in question, Meghan is clearing the air.

Meghan‘s team released a formal statement about the situation.
“The Duchess of Sussex is going about her life in the present, not thinking about correspondence from two years ago related to conversations from four years ago,” they shared with ET. “Any suggestion otherwise is false and frankly ridiculous. We encourage tabloid media and various royal correspondents to stop the exhausting circus that they alone are creating.”
While Prince Harry will be attending the King’s coronation, Meghan will be staying home with their two children. A source recently revealed the two reasons behind the decision.
