Meghan Markle’s Legal Team Fights To Convince Judge To Toss Out Samantha's Defamation Lawsuit!

Meghan Markle has suffered a legal blow after being denied the right to trademark 'Archetypes', the name of her award-winning podcast which launched in August 2022.The Duchess of Sussex, 41, and her team at Archewell Audio had applied to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for the trademark. But they were dealt a blow as the request was denied on the grounds of a "likelihood of confusion" due to another trademark with a similar name already being in existence.

'They're so racist, they wanted to know how brown the baby was going to be...' I'm like, 'That's not racist,' cause' even Black people want to know how brown the baby gon' be.

Netflix special, “Selective Outrage,” the comedian finally let it rip in front of a surely huge at-home audience about the infamous 2022 Oscars at which Will Smith slapped him onstage. A brilliant Rock pummeled Smith harder than the movie star did to that alien in his hit 1996 action movie — and to, well, Rock himself at the Academy Awards.“Everybody called that man a b—h,” Rock, 58 years old and in top form, said about the media’s reaction to Smith’s well-reported marital problems in the lead-up to the Oscars.

Rebel Wilson this week said she met Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for the first time on a recent trip to Santa Barbara, California noting that he "could not have been nicer."
