Manchester United sent scouts to watch Benjamin Sesko over the weekend as he scored in RB Salzburg's Austrian Bundesliga play-off clash with SK Sturm Graz, according to reports.
Salzburg won the clash 2-0, with Sesko netting his eighth goal in seven league appearances to settle the result on 73 minutes. The 19-year-old has hit 14 goals in 25 league appearances all season, attracting interest from across Europe as one of the continent's most exciting young talents.
RB Leipzig agreed a deal in 2022 that would see Sesko join them at the end of the season for a cut-price €24million, with interested parties still exploring the possibility of a summer move which would hand the German side an instant profit. United have been linked with the Slovenian in the past and now 90min reports that scouts were in attendance over the weekend.

Sesko is one of several striking options being eyed by Erik ten Hag, with the Dutchman keen to add a world-class goalscorer fit to lead a Premier League title challenge. Newcastle United are also said to have been in attendance as they look to strengthen further ahead of next season.
