Cristiano Ronaldo could be on the move again in the next few months with the striker reportedly unhappy at Saudi Arabia side Al-Nassr.
The 38-year-old only joined the club a matter of months ago but things have not gone to plan for the former Manchester United striker. And reports have emerged saying the Portugal legend is ready to leave Al-Nassr having struggled to settle. The language barrier and different culture have been referenced as reasons why Ronaldo wants to call time on his career in Saudi Arabia despite signing a contract until 2025.
His preference seems to be for a return to Real Madrid but any move there as a player seems unlikely, with the Spanish giants only prepared to offer Ronaldo a non-playing role as an ambassador. The frontman has also been linked with a move to the Premier League and Newcastle United, along with Brazilian superstar Neymar, but Magpies boss Eddie Howe has rubbished any potential transfer.

Speaking at his press conference ahead of the Arsenal game, the Newcastle boss told Chronicle Live: “I think that kind of speculation has been there from day one since the takeover really.
“Naturally everyone has then assumed the biggest names in world football will be going to Newcastle. Now we’ve not recruited that way and financially we can’t recruit that way at the moment but also we have to bring the right players into the group.
“I will say the transfer market is such a complex decision there’s a lot of thought needed. You can’t just pick a name there has to be a lot of thought going into both financially and looking into players.”
