There's still time to show your appreciation for Scotland’s unsung heroes who go the extra mile to care for the vulnerable and frail.
Voting is underway to pick a winner for the People’s Choice award, which recognises those who have dedicated their working life to our beloved NHS.
The 2023 Scottish Health Awards, run by the Daily Record in partnership with NHS Scotland and the Scottish Government, take place in the year the NHS marks its 75th anniversary.
The People’s Choice Award will aim to recognise those selfless and committed people who work in our NHS Scotland who have made – and continue to make – a special contribution.
Nominees include those who have spent much of their working life providing care in the NHS, those who have made a significant contribution to improving care or the wellbeing of others including staff; and those who have provided innovative solutions to the way treatment and care is delivered.
Our judging panel have selected the most inspiring nominees and now it’s up to Record readers to vote for their winner.
The People’s Choice is YOUR award, so please use your vote to shine a light on the selfless heroes who have given us so much.
The winner, along with all the Health Award winners, will be announced at a heart-warming ceremony on November 2, 2023, at the O2 Academy in Edinburgh.
