ITV's I'm A Celebrity bosses thrilled after 'huge signing' of soap legend

Fans of ITV's daytime show, This Morning, are pleading with bosses to make Cat Deeley a permanent host. Alongside Rylan Clark, 47 year old Cat presented the show on Monday and Tuesday this week (13 and 14 November) and will present with Craig Doyle on Wednesday. Rylan, 35, has presented the morning show with Josie Gibson in recent weeks, but she has now jetted off to Australia to take part in I'm A Celebrity.

A man has been rescued from the River Irwell after police, fire engines and an air ambulance were scrambled to Radcliffe. Emergency services were called to Dale Street, near to the Lock Keeper pub, in the town centre at around 1.20pm on Saturday (November 11), following concerns for the welfare of a man.

ITV's I'm A Celebrity is in a bit of a pickle as soap star Alan Halsall has had to pull out just days before the show starts. "For me personally, I've been through a lot of s**t with cancer but I'm getting sorted at the end of next month," he said.
