This Morning fans have been raving about Rylan Clark and Josie Gibson presenting the show this week, as they beg ITV bosses to make the pair the show's 'main presenters'. The flagship daytime TV show has endured a tough year since the departure of Phillip Schofield, 61, in May, followed by Holly Willoughby, 42, in October.
A rotating roster of hosts has been drafted in to replace them, including Josie, 38, Alison Hammond, 48, Dermot O'Leary, 50, and Craig Doyle, 52, but many fans have been wondering who, if ever, will replace Phillip and Holly as the show's permanent anchors. On Monday, 30 October, viewers were thrilled at the return of This Morning alum Rylan Clark, 35, who guest-hosted This Morning between 2014 and 2019, before leaving the show, and returning briefly in 2022.
Fans can't help but praise the pairing of him and Josie, as they've begged for them to become the show's permanent hosts, with one person even describing them as a 'breath of fresh air'. That person also lauded the return of Gok Wan as they wrote on X: "Haven't really watched #ThisMorning in ages but today with Rylan, Josie & Gok it's like a breath of fresh air." Another person wrote: "So pleased @Rylan is back on the #ThisMorning @thismorning - perfect duo, #Ryan and #Josie @Josiestweet," whilst a third said: "Rylan and Josie are the perfect combo for this morning presenters! Down to earth, humble and funny! so refreshing to watch." The official This Morning Instagram account posted a number of hilarious snaps of Josie and Rylan from their first day together this week, with the caption: "What a way to start the week." Show fans seemed to agree as they filled the comments section with praise for the pairing, with one writing: "You 2 really need to
