ITV Britain's Got Talent fans fume as they say act who missed out on final was 'robbed'

Britain's Got Talent fans were gutted after a golden buzzer act narrowly missed out on getting to the final.
Last night's nail-biting semi-final saw dancers Phoenix Boys, Ghanaian dance duo Abigail and Afronita and community choir Northants Sings Out in the top three. Abigail and Afronita got the most amount of votes from the public, qualifying them for the final instantly.
So the final two acts fates were left in the hands of judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli. Voting first, Bruno chose to back his golden buzzer act Phoenix Boys.

Both Amanda and Alesha voted for Northants Sings Out, having both wanted to see a choir make the final. Simon then cast his vote for Phoenix Boys, making the final score 50/50.
It was then down to the public vote to decide who had got through - and Northants Sings Out was the act with the most votes. Taking to X, formerly Twitter, viewers reckoned Phoenix Boys - which features talent from the North West and Greater Manchester - were 'robbed'.

@AdinoIsmath slammed: "Amanda and Alesha, it’s totally unfair to put through a choir on the strength that you want a choir in the final… Phoenix Boys robbed #bgt" as @David0Connor said: "Disappointed the Phoenix Boys didn't get through #BGT".
