During one sickening incident, the 30-year-old grabbed the woman as she tried to leave, before pulling her to the floor by her hair and raining punches down on her. He bit her ear and strangled her, hissing: "I'm going to bite your ear off, you b****.
He made threats to kill her. In desperation, the woman said: "If you're going to kill me, just do it quickly, I've had enough."

Prosecuting, Paul Hodgkinson told Manchester Crown Court the pair entered into a relationship - which bacame toxic - in January, 2021. Both lived ‘chaotic lifestyles’ and abused alcohol. Brock also used drugs.
Brock, from Harpurhey, previously attacked the woman and was released under investigation. He attacked her again last June.
He was made the subject of a Domestic Violence Protection Order (DVPO), banning him from contacting her.
On June 6, they were drinking alcohol at his flat when he accused her of checking his mobile phone and grabbed her by the neck.
"She thinks she passed out as when she came round she could feel the defendant's hands around her neck, causing her to struggle to breathe," Mr Hodgkinson said.
"She believed she was going to die. He started punching her to the face, ripped her trousers and underwear, poured Coca Cola over her and called her degrading names such as 'dirty little f*****g tramp'."
The woman managed to escape and fled to a neighbour’s house for help. Brock was arrested. Quizzed by cops, he claimed he acted in self-defence.
