Ian Wright has advised Manchester United duo Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard to "relax" after the pair spent the beginning of their winter break training in Dubai.
The Reds pair have had differing, yet tricky, seasons as Rashford has struggled for form since returning from his injury - but capped off his last two showings with a goal - whilst the 29-year-old has failed to cement a place in the starting line-up following a successful loan spell with West Ham.
Lingard's immediate future is uncertain as West Ham and Newcastle have shown interest in the attacker during the course of the transfer window ahead of the expiry of his contract in the summer.
But former Arsenal forward, Wright, has some advice for the pair in the midst of the winter international break.
"You do need to be able to go 'no, let me stop', when do you get the time to go 'I'm not going to do anything' sitting there feeling guilty 'my man's working, I should be working argh', take the time to relax," Wright told Ringer FC.
"If I'm Marcus [Rashford] and Jesse [Lingard], I know that Jesse is going to have so much going on with him, Marcus we've seen what's happened with him.
"We've seen how fickle everything is. Man's [Rashford] scored two goals, he's back. Jesse, I understand he's got to get himself in the situation where he's ready at any time bam it can happen for him, maybe not this month.
"I just feel sometimes you need to just go bam, switch it off, just relax because I will go hard when I go hard, and I'll go hard again,[but] I wouldn't do it now.
"Because it's a winter break, people are going on their own to different places, just go and be for a bit. They are gone for three or four days? What can you do in three or four days that'll make you
