Manchester City's focus will turn to Premier League action and a return to the Etihad on Saturday as they host Liverpool in their first game after the international break.
The Blues have not played in the league for nearly three weeks but have scored 13 goals since that 1-0 win over Crystal Palace, progressing into the latter stages of the FA Cup and the Champions League. Many of Pep Guardiola's players set off for international duty in the fortnight that followed and all came back largely unharmed.
The one main worry for Guardiola, however, was Erling Haaland who had withdrawn from international duty with Norway due to a groin injury. City's top-scorer remains a doubt for Saturday's welcoming of Liverpool and would be a huge blow.

Phil Foden also had to pull out of international duty after undergoing surgery on appendicitis. The 22-year-old certainly will not be available for Sunday but will hope to be involved come the end of the month.
Here is the latest from the treatment table ahead of Liverpool's visit.
Injury: Groin
Possible return date: Saturday (vs Liverpool)
What Guardiola has said: "Erling is recovering. We have the last training session and we’re going to see how he feels. We'll see this afternoon, last training at four o’clock, we'll see how he feels."
Injury: Appendicitis
Possible return date: April 15 (vs Leicester City)
What Guardiola has said: "The doctors tell me [it will be] two or three weeks. We will see how he develops from the appendicitis surgery."
