"I'd love to have a few training sessions [with everyone] but that's not going to be possible," he said. "I had a look at my schedule and the fact is I'm going to see some of the international players for the first time on Friday before the game on Saturday.
"That's part of the reason why it was so surprising because it is a very demanding part of the season so it was a surprising time to make the decision. It's not really a big time for big changes but because of that it's not a time for making huge changes to the style of play or the set-up.
