Sub-zero temperatures have swept the UK this week, including parts of Greater Manchester. This weekend will see temperatures slip below freezing once again.
Despite the frosty conditions, there are no signs of snow on the horizon for our region, according to The Met Office. However the forecaster confirmed that snow will fall in northern parts of the country, namely Scotland, as well as the North East - so worth bearing in mind if you're visiting this weekend.
Conditions in Greater Manchester are predicted to be dry and quite sunny across Saturday and Sunday. No matter your plans, whether you're heading to Manchester's Christmas markets or going for a stroll in a local park, you'll still need to wrap up warm.
