A much-loved grandad who was 'pottering around in his garden' moments before leaving home, catching bus and suddenly vanishing was later seen at a train station, police have now confirmed.
Ronald Webster, known as 'Ronnie', 81, left his Oldham home on Walkers Road before he was seen catching a bus to Huddersfield last Thursday afternoon (September 14).
His granddaughter Paige Tattersall previously told the Manchester Evening News that the disappearance of Ronald, who has now been missing for a week without his medication, phone, and with just the clothes on his back, has left members of the family 'broken'.

Police previously shared CCTV images of Ronald's last known movements - arriving at Huddersfield bus station at approximately 3.45pm last Thursday. However in a new update seven days after going missing, Greater Manchester Police have revealed the grandad was then seen minutes later, at around 3.53pm, entering Huddersfield train station.
It is believed the pensioner may have links to Bridlington, Whitby and Scarborough, although officers are not ruling out that he may have travelled elsewhere. Searches have been continuing since Ronald's disappearance and his family are being supported by specialist officers, the force added.
His granddaughter Paige said Ronald, who has had a number of heart attacks in the past and a triple heart bypass, is currently missing without his mobile phone or medication and that his bank cards have not been used since his disappearance and so they have no trace of him.
