Fire crews have been called to clear a road in Salford due to a large spillage of soap. Bus services going through Broad Street have been suspended after a truck had shed its load across the road from the Salford Crescent Station.
Pictures from the scene show a cordon in place around the spillage with two fire engines and police in attendance. Bus operating service Stagecoach have advised customers to use the previous or next stop.
Stagecoach GM tweeted: "Routes 34/34A/38/50. The bus stop outside Salford Crescent Station heading towards Manchester is currently not available for buses to call at.

"This is due to a truck shedding its load into the carriageway (Bus stop), Can customers please use previous or next stops."
GMFRS and GMP have been approached for comment.
