A busy road in Salford remains closed this morning after a large soap spillage. Fire crews were called to the A6 Broad Street near Salford Crescent Station after a truck shed its load on Monday afternoon (September 12).
The road was closed to all inbound traffic to 'facilitate recovery' following the incident. In an update this morning, local traffic pages reported that the A6 southbound onto Salford Crescent Lane is now open, but the A5063 Albion Way southbound from Broad Street to Liverpool Street is still closed.
