Faye Brookes had fans doing a double take as she posted a throwback snap showing her with her now-husband Iwan Lewis. The former Coronation Street star and her partner tied the knot in a romantic ceremony in the Cotswolds last month.
The actress found love with Iwan in October last year but the couple have known each other for 16 years and Faye has described the actor as her "best friend in the world". They shared a stage in Legally Blonde back in 2011.
Today Faye took to Instagram to share their very first photo together taken on the tour. She told followers it was snapped at the press night at the Liverpool Empire, saying: "The first picture that was ever taken of @iwylewis and I …"

She added: "Should have know then ...Forever grateful for this man’s love." Fans loved the look back in time - but were also struck by a young Iwan's likeness to another star.
