Emmerdale fans were left praising Dawn Taylor on Wednesday night as she managed to take down ex Alex Moore. Only recently, Dawn's new husband Billy Fletcher sweetly said that he would like to adopt her son Lucas, who she welcomed with ex Alex in 2015. After agreeing to go along with the plan, Dawn met Alex as his dealer handed her a bag full of drugs and warned: "Mess this up and there will be consequences for both of you." Dawn continued: "I had a decision to make. Either I did what Alex said, and give you the chance for adoption, or I do the right thing and send him to prison.
"It really wasn't [an easy decision]. But as soon as I knew that he was back in that world, I knew he couldn't be in ours. Billy, I am sorry, I know that this messes up the adoption." However, Billy seemed crushed by the news as he replied: "It's not about me
