Emmerdale viewers have said Belle Dingle will be 'caught out' after she moved forward with her plan to have an abortion. But fans believe Tom King will rumble her very soon after she made one crucial mistake. Belle has been struggling to come to terms with her pregnancy and was hoping to keep it a secret.
But when Tom threatened to physically hurt her, Belle admitted she’s expecting their child. However, with Tom still abusing and manipulating Belle, she decided not to keep the baby. And in Wednesday 19 June's episode, Belle snuck away from the village to have an abortion.
With Tom keeping tabs on Belle it wasn’t easy - and there’s one clue fans have spotted that may lead Tom to discovering where his wife really was. Intent on going to her appointment, Belle cleverly left her phone in Esther’s buggy so Tom couldn’t track her.
Then she drove into town and to the clinic. As Belle arrived, she was confirmed to be four weeks pregnant.
Belle told the nurse: “I haven’t told my husband. And it’s not because I don’t love him, because I do, and none of this is his fault, it’s all me. I just don’t think I'd be good.
It’s not the right time, I’m sorry.” When the nurse asked Belle if she wanted more time to think about it she responded: “No. I don’t want to go through with this pregnancy, my mind’s made up.” Belle returned home to put the car back exactly as it was when Tom got back from work. However, Belle left a parking ticket in the car - and fans believe it won’t be long before Tom finds it.
One commented: "Oh Belle you were so close, the parking ticket! #Emmerdale". Another wrote: "Ofcourse she was gonna drop something to get caught out!" A third despaired: "Parking tickets. Why do we keep these things?! My car's full of them
