EastEnders fans have been left astounded at actress Michelle Collins' real age, as one labelled her 'fabulous'.
The 61 year old actress recently made her return to EastEnders after 25 years, reprising her role as Cindy Beale - the ex wife of Ian Beale [Adam Woodyatt], who was believed to be dead. Michelle recently appeared on BBC's The One Show, where she discussed her return to the show that made her a household name. She looked gorgeous in a black blazer, and trousers with a camisole underneath, whilst she accessorised with gold earrings and a necklace.
Michelle's long blonde hair looked freshly-blowdried and she opted for a sultry makeup look with black eyeliner framing her eyes, bronzed cheeks and a slick of gloss on her lips. During her appearance, Michelle told how she 'almost crashed her car' after getting the call to return to EastEnders after a 25 year hiatus. She explained how she and her former on-screen husband Adam Woodyatt used to argue on-set, but now that time has passed, they're fine, and she explained how they called each other as soon as they heard the news.
She said: "I was driving somewhere up north and had Bluetooth on, of course. I got the call, John Cannon called from EastEnders asking if I would go back. I nearly crashed the car actually, I was like 'I've got to stop!' I had to pull over.
Then I thought 'I've got to phone Adam' and he's actually already called me.
"He said: 'I've just had the call, have you?' and we both said yes! I didn't want to go back for one episode. It wouldn't have been worth it. I wanted to make sure it was planned property.
