It’s called “Quarantine Boogie (Loco)” and it’s his latest collaboration with the National’s Matt Berninger, who sings backup vocals. “Quarantine Boogie (Loco)” also has horns from Stuart Bogie. Amnesia Scanner—the Berlin-based duo of Ville Haimala and Martti Kalliala—are back with a new album. It’s called Tearless and it’s set to arrive on June 5 via PAN. Gorillaz have shared another new song in their Song Machine series. It’s called “Aries” and it features New Order’s Peter Hook (on bass) and producer Georgia (on drums). Over a decade after their 2009 debut album II, Desire—the project fronted by Megan Louise—have announced their second album. It’s called Escape, and it arrives this summer via Italians Do It Better. Classixx have released a new single called “One More Song.” It features German producer-singer Roosevelt on vocals and marks the electronic duo’s first new single since 2019’s “Love Me No More.” According to a press release, the song’s bassline was heavily influenced by Louis Johnson, the Brothers Johnson co-founder who notably played on Michael Jackson’s Off the Wall, Thriller, and Dangerous.
